“The true strength of a nation lies in the progressive thinking and determined action of its youth. Young people are not merely the future of society; they are the driving force of change in the present.”

Dr. Chetan Narake firmly believes that the energy, creativity, and determination of young people have the power to transform every sector—from agriculture and industry to education and leadership. According to him, youth can bring positive change to villages, businesses, educational systems, and the nation as a whole.

Rather than simply guiding young people, he believes in walking alongside them. Through education, skill development, employment opportunities, and access to the right platforms, he continuously works to unlock the potential of every young individual.

His efforts focus on nurturing capable future leaders, encouraging innovation, and enabling youth to make meaningful contributions to society. He emphasizes developing self-reliant, responsible, and socially aware citizens who actively participate in entrepreneurship, community development, and social initiatives.

Through various programs, he helps instill confidence, leadership qualities, and social responsibility among young people. He also supports students by creating environments that encourage learning, personal growth, and self-confidence.

Dr. Narake strongly advocates preparing youth for emerging opportunities in entrepreneurship, digital literacy, advanced technologies, and the challenges of a rapidly changing world. He believes that traditional sectors such as agriculture, dairy farming, rural development, and cooperatives can offer immense opportunities for young innovators.

By promoting agricultural innovation, digital technologies, entrepreneurship, and access to broader markets, he inspires youth to build successful careers and enterprises within their own communities. His vision is to ensure that every young person recognizes their potential, embraces new opportunities with confidence, and contributes to building a stronger and more self-reliant society.
